His past as big a mystery as the true skills he wields, Cypher just appeared in the ranks of the shinigami nof squad 2 one day. some say he was trained specially under the previous captain, some say he was so good at what he did he snuck into the shinigami system. no one knows for sure, they only know he is a quiet man.
he tends to wear standard shinigami uniforms, but with a modified hood over his head, shielding him in darkness. 5'5", he is completely bald and has one scar running down the side of his face, from his right ear to the corner of his mouth.
living almost in solitude he talks to no one except the captain commander, and then only for misisons. at captains meetings he rarely gives his advice. but he is very good at what he does. his assassination record shows that he has never had to release bankai to kill even the best opponents. including the vasto lord he was once sent to kill. speed and hiding his presence, his speciality, he is truly am amazing individual.
His zanpakuto, dioscuri, is made up of two short swords. each one engraved with a skull at the bototm of the blade. he never says the release phrase, and all who heard it before he gained bankai have died over the years. his shikai however does not change the wepaons forms.
Abilities.

he is not removed from all senses, but rather he is hard to see. it's like you don't want to see him, or smell him, or hear him. you ignore it, unless attention is drawn to him.
castor's justice
his right blade becomes as hot as a star, and is able to cut through anything, but all heat is contained within the blade, none escapes. this blade can cut through anything, and once it does the heat stays in the object. if a person is cut then their wound burns for eternity, even when healed it is like a curse.
pollux's mercy
the left blade becomes as cold as a vaccuum. the blade is so dull it can no longer cut, but wherever it touches is numbed for up to a day. causing muscle paralysis and making the opponent extremely ineffective at fighting.
