An abnormally tall arrancar, reaching 9' in height, yet is still worryingly thin, Komui is what some would call a mad man, and others, a genius. a scientist at heart, he has had an eternity to learn all fields of science. while he specialises in the growth, and formulation of powers, he is well rounded in his knowledge.
he has long green hair, reaching below his waist, and carries his zanpakuto on a small shoulder sheath. His zanpakuto is a small dagger, with a golden hilt. he wears three golden rings in each eye brow, and has a series of black ones on each finger.
A very extravagant person, Komui wears very tight clothing, in bright colours, and has no sense of personal space, often getting uncomfortably close to others, and touching them too often. some see this as pointless and creepy, but if they realised the reason he touched them they would be even more disturbed.
He sees everything as a potential research subject, he would tear apart even his master if it could yield results for him. but he knows his place as well. he would not dare touch another espada, even though he is strong enough to beat espada up to 5, and potentially beat the others given enough preparation time, he would rather keep his actual strength secret, because by doing so he doesn't attract the attention of anyone who is actually strong, and would only be definitely challenged by those weaker than him.

his flesh ripples green, and is covered in millions of microscopic scales. his eyes bulge out slightly and can move independently of each other. he also wields two long swords

every living thing he touches, he gains knowledge of them and their powers. the longer he touches them the more he analzes the power, and better he'll know how the power is activated, and what reiatsu cues he should look out for. this also allows him to replicate such powers by artificial means.

he can manipulate his own reiatsu, to produce effects of any power he has analysed to enough detail. this includes any power he has ever been in contact with and later examined. (note he has spent thousands of years, mastering knowledge of powers basis, so he can analyze powers to this degree)
chameleons escape
he can change his body's colour and form, making him look like anything in his background , he also manipulates his reiatsu to fit the background pattern. when he does this he is literally invisible, you could walk around him and not see him, because form every cangle it seems like nothing is there because it fits in perfectly with the background, even messing with depth perception
