Cache is the lap dog of Shane crank; he’d do anything for the praise of someone higher than him and has the abilities of a squad 2 recruit, assassination techniques and so on. He also knows kido but no one has seen him use it, nor does he want anyone to know of this.

Shikai power 1: Skill copycat
He can copy a skill he see’s if it involves using rei control and only if it is a shinigami’s power (not techniques) he can even copy Cero at his rei con level though, but this will cost twice as much reiastu it uses up for the original user.
Skill 2: Hiding pain
When you cut him he has the ability to make it seem it never cut him at all, an illusionary technique, it seems like it is a useless technique but it is in reality, because he uses the technique on himself as well so he won’t feel the attack and also deceive his opponent, scare them. 10 rei for each attack taken.
Skill 3; emotional break down.
Every fighter experiences an emotion when fighting, when he attacks you he injects a hormone that elevates this emotion incredibly, so a small slither of doubt in your abilities could turn into you crouching into a corner expecting death and completely losing hope. This uses a lot of rei each strike though, about 35
