a brick of a man, bald and implacable. quick to anger, hatred of imperfection and unbalance, he is the captain of squad 3. he beleives everything should be in perfect balance, kido, combat skills, speed and toughness, you must learn it all equally. he suffers from OCD, and requires everything in his room to be perfectly aligned, even in battle he needs to distribute his attacks perfectly, and will only not do so if he would die, in which case the balance of his life would be removed, (something he'd hate greatly.)
his zanpakuto, fulgrim, is a perfect square block, each each sharpened immensely, and is the size of his torso, used like a shield or obscure blade, this zanpaktto is permenantly released.

every cut he makes on an opponent creates a symetrical cut on their body, so a cut on one cheek creates another on the other
balanced world
a sphere of mirrors surrounds all combatants, with random mirror walls, making it hard to see where attacks are are really coming from

if hit by a projectile, a copy of said projectile flys out from his body.
Bankai. Fulgim's perfection. around every part of him grows a short blade, giving a perfectly symmetrical look on either side of his body, but enhancing his hand to hand abilities. he also holds two long swords in either hand, each one having a long rectangular blade.
balanced universe.
all stats of both him and his opponenet are set to 88 across the board, if he is against 2 people, there stats are all equal to 44, if he is against 1 person and has a teammate he has 44 as does his friend, but his opponent has 88. basically the stats of both stats must equal 88 across the board. (the actual number doesnt matter, its just if he faces two people, each one has half his stats, and vice versa)
mirrored sight.
he gifts the enemy with perfect sight, it is as if they are in a room of mirrors, so they cannot tell where to aim accurately, they'd have to rely on reacting instantly to touch, sound and smell.
